Honed & filled tiles are  mostly used indoors especially in wet areas such as kitchens and  bathrooms.

Honning is applied to the surface of the Stone in the polishing machines and the  Stones are polished upto 320 which is the smooth, silky surface but not shine,  therefore they are not slippery. The honed finish is available as filled and  unfilled.
